Spring Semester 2016: Lea - CBS Yoga

Mondays:      17:30 – 18:30  Ashtanga Yoga (all levels) with Lea

Wednesdays:   18:00 – 19:00  Hatha Yoga (all levels) with Reka

Thursdays:   11:00 – 12:00  Vinyasa Yoga (all levels) with Sidsel

* official classes will run until the middle of may

This is Lea, she is one of CBS Yoga’s amazing instructors.
Her knowledge from her teacher training course in India and
her many years of experience takes the yoga practice to the
next level and makes it a great experience for everyone.

This is Sidsel, she is the co-founder of CBS Yoga.
She was drawn to yoga when she transitioned away
from dancing professionally. Her dynamic vinyasa
flow classes involve the coordination of movement
and breath.
